Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, qualified Nursery Manager to join our Nature Trail team, in the Chorley area. This the perfect nursery to begin your management career.

Responsibilities:

-work alongside the Deputy Manager and lead the team together.
- Oversee all aspects of nursery operations, including classroom based roles, admin, management, and customer service

-Train and supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain health and safety and security of the building and ensure compliance
- Ensure a clean and organised nursery environment
- Monitor and maintain nursery equipment and facilities

Requirements:

-Level 3 Childcare qualification - Essential
- Previous experience in nursery management/leadership or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and confidence in Ofsted inspections
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee nursery operations and staff
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and record keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: 34,320.00 per year
