Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage and support nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that encourage children's development.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development milestones, and incidents.
Foster a welcoming environment that promotes positive relationships among children, staff, and parents.
Drive initiatives to enhance the nursery's reputation within the community.
Skills
