This particular role is for a 9 month interim period and we are looking for an experienced Manager to hit the ground running as soon as possible.

We're seeking an energetic, forward-thinking Nursery Manager to lead a thriving, high-performing team of over 45 early years professionals at our well-established nursery in Shinfield.

We are redefining what exceptional childcare looks like -- blending food education, outdoor adventure, mindfulness, and wellbeing into a vibrant, values-driven experience for both children and staff.

Recruitment is taken care of by the Directors. You will have access to an Office Administrator to masterfully tackle tasks.

We'd love you to have:



Level 3+ Childcare Qualification (higher levels very welcome!) 3+ years' managerial experience in an Ofsted Good or Outstanding nursery Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections (essential) Deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance standards Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills A calm, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset A passion for developing both children andpeople
What You'll Be Doing

Lead a strong, established team of practitioners and room leaders Drive quality and consistency across all rooms Inspire creativity, curiosity, and confidence in both staff and children Strengthen parent partnerships through warmth, clarity, and care Work closely with the Directors and Operations Manager to deliver excellence and support the next phase of growth
