Nursery Manager

Andi's Nursery is seeking a Nursery Manager to join our new Golders Green, North London, NW11 8BS setting. We'd love to hear from you if you want to work in a committed and fun-loving environment!

We are looking for a candidate who can join us. You will be required to work 7:30 am to 5 pm with children aged 9 months to 2 years.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our excellent reputation and driving ongoing improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee all operational aspects of the Nursery

Lead, motivate and support the team

Ensure the nursery meets Ofsted standards and follows EYFS requirements

Develop strong relationships with children, parents and staff

Promote a safe, inclusive and enriching environment for all children.

About you:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)

At least 1 year of leadership experience in an early years setting

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills

Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
