Ensure the highest standards of early years practice in line with the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations.
Champion the development of outdoor learning and creative play opportunities.
Drive quality assurance and performance management, ensuring every staff member feels valued and supported to reach their potential.
Work in close partnership with families, providing excellent communication and customer care.
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, including health and safety, finance, and compliance.
Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, embedding a strong safeguarding culture across the team.
Promote the nursery in the community, showcasing what makes us special and welcoming new families.
About You
We're looking for a leader who is as passionate about people as they are about children's early learning. Someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational excellence.
