The Role

As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running and long-term success of the nursery. You'll inspire, guide, and support your team, create a safe and stimulating environment, and make sure every child receives the very best start in life.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations to maintain a safe, compliant, and high-quality nursery environment Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of early years practitioners Delivering and embedding a high-quality EYFS curriculum Building strong and positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies Managing recruitment, training, and staff development Driving occupancy levels and contributing to financial planning and performance Ensuring continuous inspection readiness and full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements
About You

We're seeking an inspiring leader with a child-centred approach, strong values, and proven nursery management experience.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5+ desirable) Previous experience in a nursery management or leadership role In-depth knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Right to work in the UK
