We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery team and provide a nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in early childhood education. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both children and staff.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and education.
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote children's learning and development.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
Drive initiatives to enhance the nursery environment, ensuring it is safe, welcoming, and stimulating for children.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance as required by regulatory bodies.
Foster strong relationships with local community resources to support families and enhance nursery offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting, with a solid understanding of early childhood education principles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
Ability to drive initiatives that improve nursery operations and enhance children's experiences.
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are highly desirable.
