Nursery Head Teacher - Nursery Manager - Kensington

Term time (42 weeks of the year)

5 days per week - 8am till 5pm

Salary up to 60k

Purpose

The Head Teacher is responsible for implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, creating a nurturing learning environment, delivering the highest standards in education and meeting all safeguarding and welfare requirements. Through effective leadership and management, the Head Teacher oversees staff development and deployment, parental engagement, administrative tasks and compliance. The Head Teacher embodies our educational ethos and company values, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere as well as positive, secure, and enriching experiences for children, families and staff members alike.

The Manager leads the team, promoting professional development, and engaging with parents and the wider community.

By embodying the nursery's educational ethos and values, the Manager creates a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that benefits children, families and staff. The Manager assumes responsibility for the nursery's operations, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to all regulatory and welfare requirements.

The role is essential in sustaining the nursery's commitment to excellence while also contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the setting.
