We've hit our enrolment targets ahead of schedule and are preparing to move into a brand-new,

bespoke nursery site

with its own

beautiful outdoor area

About the Role



We are looking for a confident and experienced

Nursery Manager

to take the lead on the

day-to-day operations

of our setting. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on structure, staff support, and ensuring children receive the best possible care and early education.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery Oversee and

rota staff effectively

, ensuring

ratio compliance

at all times

Prepare the setting for Ofsted visits

and ensure continued compliance with the EYFS and statutory guidance Support and supervise the team to deliver a high-quality, child-centred curriculum Provide leadership across all rooms, including our

3+ provision

focused on school readiness

Collaborate on staff development

, identifying training needs and supporting progression Promote a calm, consistent, and nurturing environment for both staff and children Uphold all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies

What We're Looking For



Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) Previous experience in a Deputy or Manager role within an early years setting Strong working knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks A practical, solutions-focused leader with a positive and steady approach Excellent communication skills and confidence managing a team Someone excited to play a key role in shaping and growing a nursery long-term
