Nursery Manager

to lead our growing team with passion, purpose, and positivity.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, inspire, and support a talented team of educators Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on excellence and well-being Build strong partnerships with families and the local community Maintain the highest standards in safeguarding, EYFS compliance, and health & safety Drive occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure the nursery is thriving Champion our values of curiosity, care, and collaboration every day
What We're Looking For:

A

qualified childcare professional

(Level 3 minimum; Level 5+ preferred) Proven experience managing or leading within a nursery setting Deep knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding A confident, empathetic leader who can motivate and develop a team Someone with a

can-do attitude

who brings warmth and professionalism

Pay: 32,000.00-40,000.00 per year
