A well-established and professional early years setting is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a high-quality childcare provision. This role offers the opportunity to influence the lives of young children while managing a supportive and committed team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily nursery operations in accordance with statutory requirements and internal policies. Lead and develop a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education. Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times. Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies. Monitor children's development and oversee planning and assessments in line with the EYFS. Manage budgets, invoicing, occupancy levels, and resource planning. Maintain readiness for inspections and ensure action plans are followed through.

Essential Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or higher desirable). Proven experience in a management or senior leadership role within an early years setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A caring, professional, and inclusive approach to childcare and team management.
