Sapphire Rey Childcare Crew are recruiting for an experienced
Nursery Manager
to lead a large, well-resourced nursery with fantastic potential for growth.This is a great opportunity for a confident leader who enjoys developing teams, building positive relationships, and driving quality and occupancy through excellence in practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding childcare and education. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Promote the nursery within the local community to support occupancy growth. Manage staffing, budgets, and parent partnerships effectively.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education. Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
