The Role

As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards in care, education, compliance, and team development.

Key responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of early years professionals Deliver the EYFS curriculum to an exceptional standard Oversee nursery operations including rotas, budgeting, and health & safety Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 Build trusted relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development Maintain readiness for Ofsted and drive continuous quality improvement

About You

You're a confident, proactive leader with a deep passion for early years education and a strong commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes.

Requirements:

Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification Proven experience in nursery leadership or management Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A child-centred approach and dedication to high-quality practice Eligibility to work in the UK
