The Role

As

Nursery Manager

, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring outstanding practice across all areas of operations, care, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor and inspire a team of Early Years practitioners Oversee delivery of the EYFS curriculum to an exceptional standard Manage daily operations including staffing, budgets and health & safety compliance Create a nurturing and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5 Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers and the local community Manage recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff development Maintain Ofsted readiness and drive continuous improvement throughout the setting

About You

You are a confident and proactive leader with a strong understanding of the EYFS and a genuine passion for high-quality early years education.

Requirements:

Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and Ofsted requirements Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills A positive, child-centred approach to early years learning Eligibility to work in the UK
