What You'll Be Doing

As Nursery Manager, you'll:

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the setting Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding practice Lead on learning and development strategies for children and staff Champion our inclusive, outdoor-rich, child-led curriculum Build strong, positive relationships with families and the wider community Help drive enrolment and build the nursery's local reputation Stay up to date with legislation and be a safeguarding champion across the setting
What We're Looking For

We're searching for a motivated, reflective leader with the passion and purpose to deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families and staff.

You'll need:

A

Level 3 or above

Early Years qualification

2+ years' experience

in a nursery setting, with previous leadership experience Strong understanding of the

EYFS

, safeguarding and best practice Excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills The ability to inspire, support and develop others A calm, flexible approach with a "solutions not problems" mindset An enhanced

DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one)
