Stars Nursery are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our friendly team at our Nursery setting in Oldham.
This is a full time position for somebody who has a passion for childcare. You will be responsible for a team of 20 team members at our 100 place setting.

Responsibilities of Nursery Manager:
Oversee all aspects of the delivery of early years practice within the setting to ensure high quality Provide high quality, outstanding childcare and early years learning experiences for babies and children Support the team you are responsible for Develop and maintain relationships with parents and other agencies Maintain the necessary administrative and financial systems to support day to day operations within your setting Inspire, motivate and lead the setting with energy, passion and enthusiasm. Ensuring the operation of the day nursery to the highest standards, that the best possible environment and care are provided for young children. Developing positive working relationships with staff and ensuring the nursery remains compliant in respect of suitably trained staff
Essential Requirements
+2 years Nursery Management experience NVQ level 3 (minimum) GCSE Maths and English grade C or above Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
