An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a thriving and supportive early years setting. You will provide professional leadership, ensure smooth daily operations, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of nursery management and administration.
Maintain compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory standards.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-quality team.
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external bodies.
Ensure the nursery is a safe, stimulating, and inclusive place for all children.
Meet and maintain occupancy targets.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years.
Proven management experience in a nursery setting.
Excellent knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
Professional, approachable, and motivated.
