Nursery Manager

Are you an

experienced Early Years professional

ready to take the lead? A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to manage one of our well-established nurseries, where children thrive in a warm, welcoming, and fun-filled environment. We're looking for a strong, confident Nursery Manager to lead our passionate team and continue delivering outstanding care and education.

About the Role:

This is more than a management position -- it's a chance to shape the future of a vibrant nursery setting while being supported by a wider leadership team who believe in the power of play, purpose, and professional growth.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A Level 3 or above Early Years qualification

Strong and supportive leadership skills A sense of humour and the ability to stay positive, even on the busiest days A genuine love for working hands-on with children -- singing, dancing, painting, storytelling and more A reflective approach to your own practice, with clear goals for improvement To be professional, approachable, and great at building relationships with families and staff

A solid understanding of EYFS teaching, learning and development

A driving licence The ability to oversee all areas of nursery life to a high standard
