As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead one of our settings with confidence, care, and ambition.
What You'll Do
As Nursery Manager, you will:
Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education.
Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding standards.
Oversee nursery operations including staffing, occupancy growth, and budget management.
Build positive relationships with families, staff and external agencies.
Maintain accurate records using nursery software and reporting tools.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident leader with:
A
Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
(Level 5/6 preferred).
A
Level 2 Maths qualification
, or willingness to achieve within 2 years (EYFS 2025 requirement).
At least
3 years' post-qualification experience
in early education.
Minimum
2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy

Strong knowledge of
funding

occupancy strategies

Great communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office, nursery management software)
