An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a brand-new early years setting. We are seeking a confident and inspiring leader with strong childcare knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding early years education.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and effective daily running of the nursery. Implement the EYFS and promote high standards of care, learning, and development. Lead, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding childcare. Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times. Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies. Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections. Support occupancy growth and the nursery's long-term success.

Essential Requirements

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (higher desirable). Proven management experience in a nursery or childcare setting. Knowledge of safeguarding, child development, and EYFS requirements. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Ofsted inspection experience desirable. Positive, creative, and proactive approach to learning and team management.
