Nursery Manager - Early Years

Location: Richmond, TW9

Pay: 38,000 - 48,000 per year

We are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a supportive senior leadership team in a brand-new nursery setting based in Richmond (TW9 4HF).

This is an exciting chance to lead a team with the backing of an incredibly supportive Director and help shape an outstanding childcare environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the safety, well-being and development of all children. You'll lead, motivate and support staff to deliver high-quality childcare, implement the EYFS, and maintain high standards of safeguarding and compliance.

Key Requirements

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or senior leader in an early years setting Strong knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS and child development Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Experience of Ofsted inspections desirable

Hours

40 hours per week, full-time, all year round.
