Summary

As the Nursery Manager at Truly Scrumptious Early Years Nursery, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursery. This position is crucial for ensuring that our children receive the best care and educational experiences while leading a passionate team of childcare professionals.

We are looking for a Manager for our Romford setting with a passion of driving the nursery to maintain it's high standards and has a passion working with a strong team.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare services. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and care. Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's development. Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers to support children's learning. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents on their development. Manage nursery budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within a childcare setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare is essential. Experience working with young children and understanding their developmental needs.
