We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. Duties

Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Lead and support a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote children's learning and development. Maintain effective communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery, conducting regular risk assessments. Oversee staff training and development, encouraging continuous professional growth within the team. Manage nursery budgets and resources efficiently to ensure sustainability and quality of care.

Experience

Proven experience in a management role within a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare capacity is required. A background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with staff, parents, and children. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel as needed for nursery activities or meetings.
