We are seeking an

experienced, passionate, and forward-thinking Nursery Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellence in childcare and early years education. Develop and implement creative, engaging programmes that meet the needs of every child. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted requirements, policies, and best practices. Build strong, open relationships with parents and carers, keeping them actively engaged in their child's progress. Oversee daily operations including staffing, budgeting, and resource management. Monitor and assess children's development, adapting learning opportunities to help them thrive. Organise meaningful events and activities that bring families, children, and staff together.

About You

Proven leadership experience within a nursery or childcare setting. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and regulatory standards. A confident leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop your team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with children, parents, and staff. Proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering the highest standards of care. A valid driving licence is desirable.

Pay: 27,500.00-32,000.00 per year
