Little Robins Nursery is a new and growing business, and we are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced

Nursery Manager

to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and lead a nurturing, high-quality early years environment from the very beginning.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of

1 year's leadership experience

in an early years or nursery setting. Strong knowledge of the

EYFS framework

and Ofsted requirements. A positive, proactive leader with excellent communication skills. Passionate about providing outstanding care, learning, and development opportunities for every child. Qualified to at least

Level 3 in Early Years

(or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team to deliver high standards of care and education. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community. Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and planning effectively. Support the growth and development of a brand-new nursery business.
