What You'll Do as a Nursery Manager:

Motivate and mentor our dedicated nursery team to deliver outstanding care.

Your Ideal Background:

Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)

Must have a pass in Maths

At least 1 years in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles

In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment
