Main Duties
Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated early years professionals
Ensure a caring, stimulating environment where children can thrive
Build trusting relationships with parents and families
Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and curriculum delivery
Drive innovation and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine love for early childhood development
Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills
A big heart an open mind and a clear vision

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
