Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager with a proven track record to join our team at our well-established Preschool. As a small Preschool that has been running for 10 years, we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Preschool, managing a team of dedicated staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all Ofsted and EYFS standards. Provide effective leadership to the staff team, promoting professional development and maintaining a positive working culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children. Oversee nursery budgets, staffing, and administrative tasks. Implement and monitor safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements:



A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Childcare. Proven experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, OFSTED requirements, and safeguarding procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
