We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Nursery Manager

to lead our newly established nursery in

Yateley, Hampshire (GU47)

.

Salary:

Up to 36,000 per annum (DOE & qualifications)

Hours:

Full-time | 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm | All Year Round

Your Role:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the nursery team Ensure compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety Manage nursery operations including budgets, staffing, and resources Deliver engaging and inclusive educational programmes Build strong partnerships with children, parents, staff, and the wider community
About You:

Previous experience as a

Nursery Manager

or

Deputy Nursery Manager

Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant) Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards & safeguarding Proven success in Ofsted inspections (Good or Outstanding rating) Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Eligible to work in the UK
