At Busy Bees Heworth, you'll lead a vibrant nursery rated "Good" by Ofsted, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere for up to 45 children. Set in a charming redbrick building with cosy learning rooms and a secure outdoor playground, our nursery is the perfect environment for little minds to thrive--and for your career to grow.

As Our Nursery Manager, You Will

Champion the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and education Build strong partnerships with families and the local community Lead daily operations with confidence and compassion

Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role within an early years setting Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding best practices

Required Qualifications:

About you:

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills. You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3. Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
