Job Description
Qualified Nursery Nurse- Level 2 or 3
We require an enthusiastic qualified Nursery Nurse (Level 2 or 3 qualification) to join our nursery. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Attitudes needed for this position
Willing to undertake further childcare qualifications and training sessions
A natural desire to want to help children to learn and develop
Skills and Qualities needed for the position
Effective communication skills with children, staff and parents
Positive attitude and customer based skills required
A friendly and approachable manner
Excellent time keeping and absence record
Good team working skills
High levels of motivation
Good use of personal initiative
Maintain professional conduct at all times
Ability to prioritise workload and to meet deadlines
The ability to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
