We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a nursery setting.
Duties:
- Drive the delivery of exceptional childcare services
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage daily nursery activities and routines
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Lead by example in promoting positive behaviour and interactions
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and implement age appropriate activities to support children's development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certification is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
