Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional care and education to young children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid foundation in early childhood education. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in fostering the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring they thrive both socially and emotionally.

Duties

Manage daily activities and routines within the nursery, creating a safe and stimulating environment for children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote collaboration. Implement early childhood education programmes that cater to the individual needs of each child. Provide high-quality childcare, ensuring that all children are cared for with compassion and respect. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and encouraging a positive atmosphere among staff. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery experience, including organising engaging activities that promote learning through play.

Experience

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively engage with children and their families. Demonstrated ability to manage groups of children while maintaining a calm and organised environment. A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing positively to their early development.

Pay: 26,000.00-27,352.00 per year
