Mayfield House Kindergarten is a place where children blossom and grow. Mayfield House is a nursery in the heart of Kidderminster. With over 30 years of experience running our kindergarten, we promote natural and traditional nursery care; with a focus on creativity, nature and hands-on learning and outdoor play

We are recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join our team, we are looking for someone who has an Early Years qualification level 3 or above to work for approx 25 hours per week (including school holidays). We are looking for someone to provide an extremely high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the setting.

We are looking for a team player who will work as part of our small team to provide and maintain a stimulating, safe learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. This must meet the individual needs of each and every child in the setting, supporting play, learning and development.

The ideal applicant would be very creative, enthusiastic, dynamic and happy outdoors

Experience of working in an early years setting. Have a level 3 or above Early Years Qualification. Be able to observe, plan and assess children's development Be flexible to the meet the needs of our families Be able to work as part of a small team.
All candidates will be required to hold an Enhanced DBS and join the update service.
