We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic
Nursery Nurse
to join our wonderful team at The College Nursery, Peterborough College. This is your chance to help create a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where children aged 0-5 can learn, grow, and thrive.
What you'll be doing:
As part of our dedicated room team, you'll support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development by helping deliver high-quality care and education. You'll be a key person for a group of children, working closely with parents and colleagues to ensure each child's needs are met and their progress is celebrated. From planning activities to preparing snacks and supporting routines, your role will be varied and rewarding.
What we're looking for:
A Level 2 childcare qualification (Level 3 desirable)
Experience working with children aged 0-5, including those with special needs
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Excellent communication skills to build great relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Enthusiasm, motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
