```Job Summary:

We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our team. As a Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in a safe and stimulating environment. Your role will involve supporting the physical, emotional, and social development of the children under your care.

Responsibilities:

- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development

- Monitor and record children's progress, behavior, and development

- Collaborate with parents to ensure the individual needs of each child are met

- Promote positive behavior management techniques

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the nursery

- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care

- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the children

Qualifications:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

- Valid First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Clear background check
