Job Type: Full Time, permanent, 40 hours per week
Salary: \xc2\xa325,500 - \xc2\xa330,000 (depending on qualifications and experience). From tiny to really big! Join one of the fastest growing nursery groups in the UK! As the welcoming face of the nursery, the Nursery Office Manager plays a crucial role in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for parents and children. In this role, you will be responsible for managing budgets, scheduling, and procurement, while serving as a supportive member of the management team. With your warm, efficient and professional demeanour, you will strive to provide the best experience possible for our families and make sure that every child feels valued and at home.

  • Communicating with parents and caregivers. This will include answering questions about the nursery\'s policies and procedures, responding to concerns or complaints, and keeping parents and caregivers informed about important events and updates.
  • Planning, coordinating and promoting events such as parent open days and fundraisers.
  • Supporting the management team and representing the nursery\xe2\x80\x99s brand.
  • Managing the housekeeping staff.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the local community and organisations.
  • Managing budgets, scheduling, and procurement for the nursery.
  • Maintain a warm, efficient, and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Ensure that every child feels valued and cared for.
  • Provide the best possible experience for families visiting the nursery.
