We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing environment. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the development and well-being of children, making sure you can switch from a princess to a superhero!
Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication.
Support children's emotional and social development through positive reinforcement.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery space.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Experience
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is preferred.
A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Knowledge of child development theories and practices is an advantage.
