Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) - Early Years Educator

Location: Godalming, GU8

Salary: 27,000 - 29,000 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience)

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

### Key Responsibilities:

? Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

? Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support child development

? Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and first aid procedures are followed

? Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

? Monitor and record children's progress and development through observations

? Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment

? Work collaboratively with the team to create an inclusive setting

### Essential Requirements:

? Level 2/3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)

? Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting

? Sound knowledge of child development and EYFS

? Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding certification (or willingness to obtain)

? Passion for working with children and supporting their growth

? Excellent communication and teamwork skills

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience with SEND children

- Food hygiene certification

- Knowledge of Montessori/Reggio Emilia approaches
