About Us

Tiny Heroes Day Nursery is going through an exciting expansion! We are increasing the number of spaces we have available for our children with two brand new rooms and a beautiful garden area! We are nestled in a warm, welcoming space bursting with colour and laughter, our nursery is a home away from home for children aged 6months to 5 years. Our team is more than just colleagues--we're a family, united by a shared mission: to nurture happy, curious, and confident children in a safe, stimulating, and loving environment.

The Role: Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner with us, you'll do more than supervise play--you'll lead adventures, inspire imagination, and help shape the next generation of explorers, thinkers, and dreamers!

Work hand-in-hand with a supportive, fun-loving team that celebrates each success--big or small. Bring your personality to every aspect of your work, from circle time to messy play, story sessions to outdoor explorations. Help create a welcoming and inclusive space, where children and staff alike feel valued and respected. Contribute ideas for activities, events, and improvements. We love fresh perspectives! Grow professionally with regular training, coaching, and opportunities to shine. Follow EYFS framework for child development Tailor learning activities for each child's individual needs to enhance their development whilst providing a fun, creative and comfortable environment to play in. Assess observations and plan next steps Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children. Work in partnership with parents/carers, colleagues and other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children. All aspects of learning will be enhanced, supported and promoted effectively to ensure school readiness for every child.

What You'll Need

Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 preferred, but we value passion and potential just as much!) Experience working with young children is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working as part of a team A sense of humour, a creative spirit, and a passion for helping children flourish Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
