Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in our nursery. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage various tasks effectively, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Duties

Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery setting. Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for children to explore and learn. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional development. Help manage daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, and playtimes.

Skills

Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Previous experience in childcare or in a childhood education setting is essential Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and supportive atmosphere. A genuine love for working with young children and fostering their growth through engaging activities.
