Nursery Practitioner - Level 3
We seek dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the learning and development of each child in our care.
Responsibilities:
Engage with and supervise children in activities designed to stimulate their development.
Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate curricula tailored to each child's individual needs.
Monitor and record children's progress, maintaining accurate documentation of their development and activities.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to childcare.
Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Level 3/2 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
Recently qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills, particularly with children, staff, and parents.
A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and safeguarding practices.
Experience working with children across all age groups in the Early Years.
