Nursery Practitioner

to join our friendly team in Chaulden, Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a

Level 2 or Level 3 qualified

practitioner to thrive in a positive setting that values staff development, offers training opportunities, and promotes from within.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for a key group of children, providing high-quality care and tracking their developmental progress. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of learning. Maintain a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold our commitment to child welfare. Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

A

Full and Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification

. A clear enhanced

DBS check

(we'll assist with this if needed). A genuine passion for childcare and early years development. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and early years best practices. Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills. A positive, adaptable attitude with creativity and a nurturing approach.
