Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) - Hitchin SG5

Location: Hitchin, SG5

Salary: 27,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, rota-based)

Shift Pattern: Between 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM (up to 12-hour shifts)

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our friendly and nurturing childcare team in Hitchin, SG5. If you have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a genuine love for working with children, we'd love to hear from you!

### Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care and early years education to children aged 0-5.

- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive nursery environment.

- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating setting for all children.

- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.

### Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare & Education (mandatory).

- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred).

- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.

- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
