Are you a confident, qualified Early Years Practitioner with a passion for toddlers and a love of planning purposeful play? We're looking for someone experienced and enthusiastic to join our growing team at bambooh Hook Norton -- a peaceful and welcoming nursery set in the heart of the beautiful village of Hook Norton.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Level 3 qualified practitioner (or above) who:

Has strong experience working with Children (1-4 years) Is confident in lesson planning and implementing EYFS-based learning Brings excitement and creativity to both indoor and outdoor play Is organised, caring, and passionate about early years development Has a good working knowledge of all 7 areas of learning and development within the EYFS
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities across: Communication and Language Physical Development Personal, Social, and Emotional Development Literacy Mathematics Understanding the World Expressive Arts and Design Supporting routines like toileting, meals, and rest with sensitivity and care Maintaining high-quality observations, assessments, and parent communication Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for every child Working collaboratively with a supportive, friendly team
