Job Title: Pre-School Nursery Practitioner

Location: Upminster Bridge

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Contract Type: Full Time

Hours: Up to 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in our pre-school room.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of our children. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can thrive. Your role will involve:

Working with a team of nursery practitioners in the pre-school room. Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support early learning and development with the aim of preparing the children for starting school Monitoring and recording the progress of each child, and providing regular updates to parents and carers. Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and care are maintained at all times. Working closely with parents to build strong relationships and provide guidance on their child's development. Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and other relevant regulations.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a pre-school with children aged 3-5 Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with babies and toddlers.
