What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding care and education tailored to each child's developmental stage. Create and lead fun, meaningful, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and foster growth. Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families. Maintain a calm, structured routine including meals, rest, and engaging playtime. Monitor and document children's progress with care and accuracy. Keep our nursery environment clean, safe, and well-organised to support daily activities. Collaborate with a passionate team to ensure a positive and nurturing atmosphere. Contribute ideas and energy to initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences.

What We're Looking For

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (preferred). Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. The ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy, lively environment. A team player with leadership potential and a proactive attitude. A heartfelt passion for supporting children's growth and happiness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.83 per hour
