Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Little Jems Nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for young children, supporting their development through creative activities and individualised care.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development. Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and nurturing environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Support the emotional and social development of children through positive interactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating nursery space. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall nursery experience.

Requirements

Experience in early childhood education or childcare is essential. Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire young learners. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
