Job Description

We require a full time Nursery Practitioner at our lovely setting. We are looking for someone who is passionate about childcare, a team player, with a positive attitude. Must have NVQ Level 3 Childcare or equivalent qualification, and nursery experience. Must be able to work 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm shifts.

Duties:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and record children's progress, behaviour, and development
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's day
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organised, and well-maintained
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
