Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to track development. Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all children. Drive initiatives that promote the nursery's values and enhance its reputation within the community.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities to manage a team effectively. Excellent childcare skills with a focus on early childhood education principles. Exceptional communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. A proactive approach to driving improvements within the nursery environment. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication. A commitment to ongoing professional development in early years education.
